Ask For Social Proof During COVID-19
Your fans are dying to help you however they can, even if they’re broke.
Sales may be down, but your customers can still support you – and they want to. Ask them to leave a review or testimonial.
You’re probably already doing this on a regular basis (at least, you should be). But this is the perfect time to put more focus into it.
Imagine coming out of this with 2x as many 5-star reviews as your biggest competitors. How could that transform your business long-term?
Here are a few things you can ask for…
- Reviews on Facebook / Google / Yelp
- 30-second video testimonial on why they love your company from their phone
- Sharing your content with their friends
- Put a free sticker of your logo on cars / laptops
Put a call on social media. Send messages to local influencers. Whatever you do, don’t stop marketing.
